Ascent (Arlene Stock Center of Torah for Women) is the Women's Division of TORCH. Established in 2004 in loving memory or Arlene Waldman Stock.
About Torch Ascent
The mission of ASCENT is to unit the women of the Jewish Community of the Greater Houston area through quality classes and programs. ASCENT programs include Women's study groups, holiday workshops, Challah baking, Kosher cooking, advanced and beginner one-on-one study and many more programs. The popular Latte & Learn meets every Monday at 10 AM. With insights gleaned from the weekly Torah portion, these lessons are both classic and timely. Supported by the Waldman Family.
