Dino Rokach was born and raised in Yehuda Israel. His passion is cooking and he began cooking at the age of 11. He comes from a long line of chefs and everything he knows he learned from his family. He cooks authentic Tripoli food just his great grandmother's did many years ago. Dino feels very lucky and fortunate to be able to do what he loves and make a living from it.
