This four week series will begin on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at 3:30 PM. There is no charge for the workshop, however, participants will be required to purchase our text book written by Rabbi Don Channen, "The Kosher Kitchen". This easy-to-read - yet comprehensive - book, will help readers learn how easy it is to maintain a kosher kitchen - and how to deal with common mistakes that occur in (virtually) all kosher homes. Please read chapters 1 & 2 before the first class. This series will include a special hands-on bug checking of fruit and veggies workshop. At the end of the course there will be a final exam and a presentation of a certificate of completion will be provided to those who complete the course.
